What
You Can Expect When You Hire Us as Your Buyer’s Agent

We will
return your calls promptly. The best number to use to reach
us is (845) 691-SOLD. You will hear from us, at minimum,
within two hours if you call between 9 am to 5 pm on one of
my work days. We will make every effort to service your
calls immediately. You will hear from us by noon the
following work day if you call after 5 pm or on Sunday.

You will
receive daily updates on the properties available in your
price range that meet your stated needs.

We will
never show you more than six houses in a day. This is for
your benefit so that you can accurately remember the houses
that you have seen and be able to reflect appropriately on
their ability to meet your needs.

We will
consult with you on your home purchase. We will educate you
about the market so that you will make an informed decision
that is right for you. We will never try to make that
decision for you.

We will
review the market and your needs in relation to the
available inventory and your buying goals on at least a
monthly basis. I will make recommendations based on these
reviews

We will
keep all of your personal information confidential except
what you expressly tell us to share with sellers and their
agents.

We will
be honest and fair in our dealings with you and the sellers.

We place
all offers received at the top of our priority
list—everything else comes second.

We will
negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal while
still maintaining a positive relationship between us and the
people on the seller’s side of the deal.

When
your offer on a house is accepted, you will receive a list
from us of all the things that you need to do before
closing.

We want
to know how you are feeling throughout the process. We deal
with a lot of people in transition and we can offer you the
tools that will help you better handle the stresses involved
in your move.

participate in ongoing education so that we can learn about
the latest developments in the industry and create more
value for you, our client. This will occasionally mean that
we are not available on the day of a training, except on
breaks.

by offering you tips on potential repairs to be done and
what to pack away before we begin showing your house.

progress of your listing. These may come by phone calls,
emails or letters.

what you expressly tell us to share with buyers and their
agents.

review the market and how your house is positioned in
relation to the market at least every two weeks. I will
make recommendations based on those reviews.

be honest and fair in my dealings with you and the buyers of
